Lead HVAC Installer

About the Role

As a Lead HVAC Installer, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality heating, ventilation, and air conditioning installations that exceed client expectations. You’ll work with a close-knit team that values craftsmanship, efficiency, and doing things the right way.

Schedule

6:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Monday – Friday (occasional overtime may be required)

Daflure's HQ is located in New Cumberland, PA

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional installations of HVAC equipment, ductwork, and related systems.

• Complete projects on or under budgeted labor hours while maintaining the highest quality standards.

• Maintain clean, organized job sites, and company vehicles. We take pride in how we represent Daflure.

• Communicate proactively with the Installation Manager and team to keep projects on schedule.

• Collaborate with the broader team to identify cost-saving opportunities and deliver exceptional client experiences.

• Support warehouse tasks (stocking, job pulls, deliveries, fabrication) when needed.

• Minimal warranty callbacks due to workmanship.

• Consistent documentation and communication.
