On 5/15/15 your technician arrived to do the bi-annual check-up on my heating/cool system. He has been coming here the past few years and has always been so personable and efficient. This time he went above and beyond what his duties involved.
He saw me struggling trying to put together a sprayer and offered to help me and had it put together in no time at all. I might add, at this point, I am an elderly widow trying to care for both the inside and outside of a house. He went about his task, finished-up and after doing all the paper-work left for his next stop of his day. My thoughts were that he was such a nice young man.
To my utter surprise, the next day I went into my basement and found that my dehumidifier was running with the hose attached (I could never get it to work right) and letting the water drain directly into my drain. I was so shocked and surprised at this beautiful gesture on his part and he never even said anything about it to me. His doing this has alleviated my having to stoop down and manually empty that heavy bucket.
You have a wonderful employee and someone who is a tremendous asset to your company. It is one thing to do your job, but quite another to go above and beyond and just quietly do something so nice. I hope you will thank him for me.
